Jessie Peacock learned to read and write when she was three years old, and she’s never stopped. She was pasting together homemade books by the time she entered elementary school. She spent high school scribbling bits of poetry on napkins and receipts. She earned her degree in Sociology and works in human resources for a music company, but her true love will always be writing fiction. She is currently working on a young adult fantasy novel that will one day sneak out of the computer and murder her in her sleep. She also keeps a steady stream of short stories running from her brain to the page.

She writes with two dogs in her lap and lives with her husband in Tennessee. When not writing, Jessie spends her time reading, hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, and taking photos of nature.
